CORPORATE INNOVATION
I Shine Independently or Collaboratively
Whether it is in leading, following, or working independently, flexibility and adaptability help me to flourish. While competing in Redhawk Ventures, we had such a large undertaking that delegation and flexibility were paramount to our success.
I Embrace Challenges
Discomfort is a muscle, so the more I work it out, the better I am with it. Interning in a Luxembourgish Financial startup put me in difficult situations, so remaining level-headed helped me to navigate any complications.
I Find the Questions Behind the Questions
Often times what a client asks for is different than what they want solved. While building an app to learn more about exercise, I pivoted when the availability of information wasn't the issue, but the consistency of that information. I solved this with tiered instruction to make learning more flexible.

Design Consulting;
Salesforce
Graduating in May 2024, I returned to the startup where I interned in the summer of 2023 as a consultant. My objective was to tailor a Salesforce CRM workflow, focusing on providing a streamlined and scalable user experience for multiple stakeholders.
Archoustics Mid-America (AMA) had purchased an iteration of Salesforce used by other American distributors, which featured custom Visualforce code. To better align with AMA’s workflow, I designed Salesforce to match their specific needs.
Having no prior experience with Salesforce, I began by understanding its structure and capabilities through hands-on experimentation, reading documentation, exploration, demonstrations, and consulting online forums. Simultaneously, I conducted observational studies and interviews with sales representatives, project managers, and administrators.
Within Salesforce, I created a sales flow that provided project managers with all the pertinent information needed for layout and project quoting. Projects can be easily tracked through a Kanban-style Projects page. Additionally, I identified key performance indicators (KPIs), set up automation, developed reporting, and built out dashboards. The Kanban cards include project stage-specific KPIs such as dates, accounts, project scale, and sales contacts. Through automation, several project updates and daily reports are sent automatically to technicians, project managers, and administrators, ensuring everyone stays informed.
The project turned out to be a much larger undertaking than anticipated. AMA’s initial Salesforce iteration had been reconfigured multiple times, resulting in deprecated and redundant features, unnecessary fields on the front end, and an overall cumbersome CRM experience. To address this, I printed out every detail page on architectural drawing paper, working independently and with multiple stakeholders to curate and restructure the presentation of information. This approach also allowed me to upgrade to modern features, such as lightning pages across the platform, and to build out the mobile experience as well.
